I am a native of Chicago, IL. While growing up in the south suburbs of Harvey, I was greatly influenced by the charismatic sounds of notable deejays such as: Terry Hunter and Mike Dunn. My musical roots lie in the heart and soul of R&B music. 

When I moved to North Carolina to attend St Augustine's University, I further acquired a greater appreciation for music genres which includes Blues, Hip-Hop, Go-Go and Reggae. During my college career, I was dubbed as "The House Maniac" due to my energetic dancing abilities to house music. 

My dancing abilities launched my appearance in a BET commercial taped at Kamikaze Nightclub, Raleigh, main dancer for local dance show on channel 40 taped at New Bar Nightclub, Raleigh, opening act for Public Enemy Cat's Cradle, Chapel Hill and choreographer for "Get Involved" music video produced by St Augustine's University communication department. In 1995 I began my career as a professional deejay using my nick name "House". 

Since this time, I have expanded my talent and knowledge as a radio personality, mix-show DJ, internet radio station manager and continue to provide services at venues such as convention centers, festivals, homecomings, weddings, talent shows, schools, private parties and area nightclubs. Targeted audiences are avid listeners of R&B, Hip-Hop, Reggae, House and Pop. 

Awards include 2022 Omega Psi Phi Kappa Epsilon Organ Award, 2018 Capital City Steppers DJ Recognition Award, 2000 Triangle Record Pool - DJ of the Year Award, 1998 Triangle Record Pool - Special Recognition Award, 1997 Columbia Records Appreciation Award.

Don't be fooled by others calling themselves "DJ House". I'm the original and have the trademark to prove it.
